Arrive by afternoon. Check into hotel. Guided walk through Sivasagar town — visit the Sivasagar Tank and its temples for sunset. Evening at Sivasagar Bazaar for local snacks and handicrafts. Dinner.

Ahom Monuments Full-Day Tour
Start at Talatal Ghar (7 AM — explore the underground chambers before it gets crowded). Walk to Rang Ghar. Drive to Gargaon — the original Ahom capital, visit Kareng Ghar and the surrounding palaces. Lunch at a village homestay. Afternoon visit to Sivasagar Tank temples and Sivasagar Museum. Evening at leisure by the tank.

Charaideo, Tea, and Departure
Sunrise at Charaideo Maidams — the best time for photography and to avoid heat. Visit the museum. Drive through the tea garden estates of upper Assam. Tea tasting at a local factory. Return to Sivasagar for lunch. Depart for Jorhat airport or onward journey.
